Praise for Willow Event Planning
I highly recommend Willow Event Planning for any gathering. I hosted my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner, I knew I wanted everything special, classy and perfect but had no idea where to begin. I spoke with Jen on the telephone first to give her some background information about the Bride and Groom and told her I was lost and needed any help she could give me. Jen asked some questions without being intrusive, just trying to get a clear understanding of what I was looking for. When we met, Jen had several pictures of invitations, flowers, theme ideas, each item she showed me was great. Not only did Jen help me navigate through all of that, she picked up supplies, put things together and even came prior to the dinner to help set up. Her creativity is unbelievable, and yet she is not pushy and listened to my concerns. She helped me with the budget and yet came in under my budget number. Everything was perfect and needless to say my family and friends that attended were so impressed. Needless to say the evening was a huge success, all due to Jen at Willow Event Planning & Design. I cannot wait to work with Jen again.

Jen Fisher of Willow Event Planning did an unbelievable job of planning and executing my sister’s bridal shower. As a working mother of two small children I was overwhelmed by the thought of throwing this shower. However, with it being just a bridal shower I was at first reluctant to seek out a party planner, especially since I was on a tight budget. Jen kept our meetings to a minimum per my request and was thorough yet concise at the same time. With my busy schedule, I did not want to sit for hours looking through ideas. She came to me with beautiful pictures and themes, which I was able to go through in a timely manner and make choices. She did everything from create, pick up and drop off my invitations to my home, make beautiful but reasonably priced flower arrangements, to creating a playlist for the event itself. She also came up with games, favors, and other tasteful decorations. On the day of the shower, she showed up to the venue before I did and set everything up. The event was beautiful, fun and all on a budget! I still have people coming up to me paying me compliments on the shower, and when they do I point them in Jen’s direction!

Jen Fisher of Willow Event Planning did an impeccable job planning a baby shower that I hosted. She transformed my home into a beautiful event space. As a busy mother, my house is littered with toys, and does not stay clean for more than ten minutes. The morning of the shower, she was at my home putting the finishing touches on, including vacuuming my floor. There is nothing she will not do in order to make an event seamless and beautiful. Her floral arrangements were outstanding and professional. From planning and executing the menu, creating and hanging decorations, making party favors, and arranging gorgeous flower bouquets, she is the complete package to any event planning need. Jen quite literally ran the entirety of the event, and all on an extremely reasonable budget. I plan on hiring her for any and all future events that I host.

Jen Fisher is awesome. I will start by saying that I have trouble with outsourcing anything relating to my photography business because I am such a control freak. I have worked with many planners in my career, none of which I felt that I meshed with until I met Jen. You can tell that she really loves what she does and that being creative and planning successful events excites her.
Jen and I met through a mutual client/friend this past Fall. Meeting for coffee, lead to her feeding me ideas and helping to visualize the plan for my annual holiday mini photo sessions for Brooke Whicher Photography which she knew that I was pondering and not sure what direction to take for 2016.
I had always wanted to do some natural light photos in front of a large, authentic fireplace. Jen found multiple, creative locations for the shoot and listened to my vision for using a real Christmas tree and lots of fresh greens and berries for the set (where her floral talents came in). She even came up with little touches that I loved like wrapped faux gifts under the tree and faux lit candles in the fireplace. She was great in getting back to me (both proactively and reactively) on outstanding questions, possible solutions & new ideas. The contract that I reviewed and signed was clear and set expectations on every level. I liked always knowing where we stood and what our goals were. She is flexible and thorough and thinks outside the box.
Jen understood my vision, budget, deadline and how it would all come together cohesively for both me and my clients partaking in the event. She even set up the photo set the night before, had me come by to preview it to make any changes and to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier that I trusted her to coordinate and beautiful the set for my event.

Jen and I worked to together at Blue on Plum Island last weekend. I have a personal chef and catering business called Got Thyme. She did all of the communicating with the client which made it a lot easier. I just had to worry about bringing in my staff and serving the food. The room was beautifully decorated. She hired the DJ and bartender which I need to do a lot of the time. Jen was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again!
